- All purchases made on www.taansi.com are considered final and non-refundable, unless you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
- You have received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- You notify us via email at info@taansi.com within 48 hours of receiving the product
- You return the product to us within 5 days of receiving it
3. Conditions for Returning a Product
Returned items must meet all of the following criteria:
- The product is in its original condition
- It has not been washed, worn, or altered
- It is in saleable condition
- All original tags, polybag, and invoice are included and intact
N.B: Items that fail to meet these return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Return Shipping and Charges
- In the event of an approved return (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will reimburse return shipping costs up to a maximum of ₹200.
- All returns must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item has been received and passes our quality inspection
Note: If the item is confirmed as lost in transit, a refund may be issued without requiring return
5. Refunds Will Not Be Processed in the Following Cases
- Requests made after 48 hours of receiving the product
- Returns received after the 5-day return window
- Products that show signs of wear, use, washing, or are missing tags or packaging
- Minor variations in color, texture, or design, due to natural or artisanal processes
- Orders with:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address
- Invalid address formats (e.g., PO Box)
- Refused deliveries or 3 failed delivery attempts
6. Non-Refundable Purchases
The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable under all conditions:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased using gift vouchers or coupon codes
- Customized or made-to-order products based on customer instructions
7. Dispute Resolution
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
